3 bedrooms, 2 baths and sleeps up to 8 people

All mod cons included such as washer/dryer, cable TV, radio and CD player, microwave, fridge/freezer and internet service provided. Linens and towels provided.

Villa is situated in a quiet sub division near to US 192 and Osceola Parkway (for all attractions). Only a 15 minute drive from Orlando airport. Supermarkets, restaurants and golf courses all within 5 minutes drive.

Only 15 minute drive to the Florida Mall and The new Millennium Mall is only 20 minutes drive down the turnpike, which is only 5 minutes from our villa.

There are approx. 10 top class golf courses within a 15 minute drive. Cocoa beach is 45 minute drive away and the Gulf coast is only 90 minutes away by car via Tampa.

We can also offer special discounted prices for all Disney attractions (leaflet in villa).

Notes

  • A deposit of 100 pounds per week is required and the remaining amount to be paid 8 weeks before.
    If it is necessary to cancel the booking less than 3 weeks before due date then we will be unlikely to be able to re-book the villa and therefore unable to return any monies. If cancelled more than 3 weeks we will return 50% of the total amount.

This villa was easy to locate and it was a stone's throw away from all major shopping areas and restaurants. We visit Florida twice yearly and Orlando is a very exciting place to stay. John's villa was clean and neat with all the necessary amenities. This house is in excellent condition and the price is very reasonable!!! Keep it like this and I am sure this place will be overbooked!!
