Description of the Port Charlotte vacation condo rental

This lovely condo will please the most discriminating tenant. Located in the heart of Port Charlotte BUT feels secluded and private. Very Close to Port Charlotte Beach. Walking distance to shops, banks, restaurants, library, theater and cultural center. Hospitals and medical facilities are within 5 minutes or less. Florida style furniture, light and very clean, nautical decor. Just bring your clothes and toothbrush. The resort features a corgious heated pool, Tennis courts, putting green, shuffle board and a small exercise room. Off course there is a very nice Clubhouse offering all kinds of social activity for the ' joiner ' in you. Super and friendly management. Our gardners keep a beautiful tropical landscape. The unit overlooks the luscious courtyard from the screened balcony. Off course all amenities are there, connection for your lap top, Dish TV, VCR/ CD. Kitchen is splendidly supplied with everything you need ( if you want to cook, ha,ha..) Washer/Dryer in unit.

The Promenades West Condo Resort Community is located in Port Charlotte, Charlotte County, just about 30 minutes by car to both of the nearest larger Cities of Fort Myers and Sarasota. Its location in the Charlotte Harbor area makes it desirable for the lover of Watersports, Fishing, Beach combing . The Cultural Center is within walking distance and offers everything from Library, Theater, Lunch Diner, Dance and 'fun' classes such as dance, painting, computer etc. etc. Ask for more details by calling me.

There are two fishing piers within minutes : One on Bayshore Drive in Heritage Oak Park next to the Museum, the other within the beautiful Port Charlotte Beach Complex at the end of Harbor Blvd. both in Port Charlotte.
