This luxury home is located mid island of the Ft. Myers Beach island. It is directly on the Bay for great boating with a private pool & spa between the house and bay. Home is now available with WiFi internet . If you desire the great beaches of the island, it is only a short 300 yard walk to the opposite side of the island with seven miles of pristine sugar sand. Rentals of boats, jet skis, parasailing charters, fishing charters, bicycles, motor scooters, electric cars, etc..... are only a short walk from the house. Fantastic restaurants anywhere on the island - seafood, steaks, Italian, fast food restaurants (even a waffle house & McDonald's), grocery stores, convenience stores and gas stations. Also at the marina are daily all day or half day fishing excursions as well as a high speed ferry to Key West. In addition, there are nightly off-shore gambling/dining cruises on the big 'M.' Located nearby off-island are more than twenty golf courses, shopping outlet centers.

There are two master bedrooms in this home. One is on the ground level, and is a full en-suite bathroom with the queen bedroom. There is also a walk in closet /coffee area that is 9x12 and is also sometimes used as an extra bed area for a young child or a crib(that can be rented locally). The room does have a single day bed in it. The second master bedroom suite is on the 2nd level with a balcony lanai overlooking the patio/ pool/ and bay area. There are two walk in closets, plus a personal washer/dryer in one closet in addition to the main laundry on the first level. The bathroom contains and 8x10ft steam shower room in addition to the double bowled vanity and tub area.
