Private heated pool home directly on the beach and Gulf waters. Watch the dolphins from the deck or the kids in the great 30' beachfront swimming pool. Fantastic white powder sand beach. Home is set up with internet connections. Golf, fishing, boat rentals, restaurants and tennis all close by. Any closer to the Gulf you would be living on a houseboat. Home is walking distance to several restaurants as well as the local movie theater. just 3/4 mile to local golf course. It doesn't get any better than this for beachfront relaxation - no street noise as this home is on a dead end street - but still beachfront. Nothing is more relaxing than watching the dolphins frolic right from the deck in the morning or viewing that slowly setting western sunset touch the edge of the Gulf's horizon in the evening.....right from the deck off the living room.

this home is one of the few beachfront homes with a beachfront pool directly on the beach. it is somewhat secluded with the seagrass that must be allowed to grow by law. 100feet out from the house, the white powdery Ft Myers Beach sand that FMB it is so famous for can be found for 3 1/2 miles in either direction. This is a fantastic jogging or walking beach, super for sea shell collectors ( one must be mindful of the limits for shells and no live ones to be collected), and for those into water sports there are wave runners/ sailboats/ and parasailing for use and hire all along the beach area. If you are a biker, there are also bike rentals that can be rented by the day or week. If the Gulf attracts you for the fishing, there is good fishing right from the beach, or there are numbers of boats for hire at any of the five marinas on the island. Group party boats are also an option and leave daily from the marinas both full day and half day fishing.

It"s the third time we came in Fort Myers for summer holidays and it's the best location we found.
The place is fantastic, very quiet, seaview always present, the pool so nice and easy with young children.
Teenagers can be free to choose pool or sea and parents keep watch.
The house is very spacious and clean even it needs a cooling.The bathrooms are very well.
All our family spent a great time in this house.
Recommended for:  Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
