With 3 double and 1 twin bedroom, 3 bathrooms(1 en suite) Oliva Villa is perfect for family, couples or group holidays with plenty in the surrounding areas to see and do during your stay. Cam Tepe Villa is furnished and decorated in neutral tones to a high standard.

The living room is centred around an open 'log' fireplace with comfortable seating area, French doors lead to spacious terrace overlooking private pool & landscaped gardens with fruits trees. The perfect setting for lazy days and evening BBQ.

Ideally located for touring the local area, National Park or Milli Park as it is known locally is a protected National Reserve set by the sea. Perfect for a family day out as there are 6 beaches to choose from which are completely unspoilt. The park is approximately 300 acres of woodland and forest. Long Beach is wonderful to explore as there are many named parts of the beach, like Paradise Beach or Silver Sands. As the longest beach in Turkey it stretches from approx 27 miles, as its name predicts, it is a long sandy beach.

Kusadasi's latest addition is the 'Kusadasi Golf Resort' just 15 minutes drive from Cam Tepe Villa. Newly completed this year, it offer's all a seasoned golfer requires topped of by stunning scenery.

The city of Ephesus is one of the 'Seven Wonders of the Ancient World' and a must when visiting Turkey. In the same area, the Museum of Ephesus houses amazing artefacts from the city itself. The Bascilla of St John and the House of the Virgin Mary are within the same area.

For those interested in visiting other ancient ruins, Priene, Militos & Didim are within 40 mins drive.

Aqua Fantasy Waterpark is a fun day out for the young and not so young. Noted as the largest water park in Europe, it has something for all the family. Nearby, the water park 'Adaland' has lots to offer with the addition of the Dolphin Show.
