Description of the Lamoine vacation cottage rental
Shore Acres Cottage is located between Ellsworth and Bar Harbor, nestled on the edge of pristine Acadia National Park. The beach and picnic area is an enjoyable three-minute walk from the cottage along a wooded country road. The state park, with boat dock and launching area, is only one half mile north of the cottage.
The cottage is fully insulated and has a monitor furnace and an electric hot water heater for your year-round comfort. The cottage is supplied with linens, blankets and beach chairs. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed; the other has twin-size bunks.

There is a 'General Store' only a few miles away. Ellsworth is about 10 miles from the cottage. There are grocery stores, shopping malls, banks, an assortment of nationally known restaurants, as well as excellent local eateries and local specialty stores. Bar Harbor is approximately a 20 mile drive and Bangor about 37 miles.
