Imagine the enjoyment of occupying Shore Acres with your family or friends whether seeking privacy or a family gathering.
Shore Acres overlooks Cadillac Mountain, and Acadia National Park. It is located only a two minute walk from Lamoine Beach. Enjoy the majestic views and sea breezes from your bedroom, back yard, or veranda. Lamoine State Park is just a half mile away where you may launch your boat or purchase freshly caught lobster from a local fisherman.
There are two enclosed porches, one facing east to enjoy the sunrise while drinking your morning coffee - the other facing south ,great for afternoon tea or other beverage while the sun is setting.
There are three monitor heaters for your comfort on chilly evenings. Furnished with period antiques and awaiting your arrival, this nostalgic, historic property is an ideal location for serenity, peace, and tranquility and is only a half hour from Bar Harbor.

Bar Harbor is approximately a 20 mile drive and Bangor about 37 miles.
