Beautiful, secluded 5 bedroom contemporary waterfront home on 3.6 acres with private beach, next door to Green Vale Vineyards. Tastefully furnished with all the amenities for entertaining. Cathedral ceiling living room and dining room opens to large deck. Modern kitchen, screened sun porches, and cozy family room with fireplace. Master bedroom includes a sitting area, dressing room, jacuzzi, glass shower, sauna and private deck.

Natural landscaping with lots of summer flowers. Private beach has a shaded picnic area, storage shed for beach gear and changing and is perfect for swimming, kayaking, windsurfing and fishing.

PLEASE NOTE: WE ONLY RENT BY THE WEEK OR LONGER. WE WILL RENT FOR LESSER PERIODS ONLY AT THE WEEKLY PRICE. The price is $10,000.00 per week.

We needed a large house to accomodate 2 couples and 6 children and this was just what we needed as it is spacious, nicely furnished and on a fabulous, private piece of waterfront property (multi acres of property). The kitchen is spectacular with a giant center island and granite counters and the sun porch and large deck overlooking the Sakonnet River was a great place to relax and/or entertain which we did plenty of. The owners are great people and very accomodating. We highly recommend this house for those with a crowd.
