Master bedroom has a king sized bed with full bath, 2nd bedroom has a double bed, 3rd bedroom has two twin beds, 4th bedroom has a double bed with full bath in hall and 5th bed room has 2 twin beds with full bath. Open living/dining/kitchen is perfect for entertaining with separate private media room. Three levels of living with hardwood floors, oriental rugs, beautiful antiques and furnishings and granite/steel kitchen. Enjoy colorful sunsets from atrium and deck with beautiful cliff, ocean, and beach views. Just bring your suitcase because this home has everything you need for a great vacation. Spend the day at the beach, afternoons sightseeing or shopping, and evening at lively restaurants and clubs on the harbor front. The property is within walking distance to Cliff Walk, Newport’s Easton's Beach, Middletown’s Sachuest Beach, and many great restaurants.

Middletown's Sachuest (2nd) Beach is just 1/2 mile away with the best surfing in RI. Families with young children will enjoy Middletown's 3rd Beach with no waves and a boat ramp with windsurfing at the north end. Just a short walk to popular restaurants and pubs including Johnny's Atlantic Beach Club and Flo's Clam Shack. Known as 'America's First Summer Resort,' Newport, Rhode Island, is the home of The International Tennis Hall of Fame, Newport Preservation Society and Newport Mansions, The Newport Jazz Festival, The Newport Music Festival and the Newport Film Festival. This home is close to Carnegie Abbey and Newport National, known for world class golfing. Newport also hosts many events including the Schweppes Great Chowder Cook-Off, Secret Garden Tours, Newport Flower Show, Campbell Hall of Fame Tennis Championships, Newport Kite Festival, Black Ships Festival, Apple & Eve Folk Festival, and JVC Jazz Festival. Please note that Easton's Beach has seaweed that travels the beach with the tides. After heavy rainstorms, many beaches in Newport may be closed. Middletown's Beaches will be open and are 1/2 to 1 mile away.

Easton's '1st' beach and many other RI beaches have red seaweed that travels up and down the beach with the tides. It is not 'Red Tide'. At the beach in front of my house, after heavy rainstorms, they advise not to swim or it may be closed due to storm drain runoff. If the beach is closed, Middletown's Sachuest beach will be open and I will reimburse for parking.

Other Activities: This home is one mile from Bellevue Avenue Mansions and Yachting Center. It is two to three miles from major recreational attractions in Newpo
