Large country house of 400 m² with 5 double bedrooms, swimming pool, garden

An impressive country house in a completely private spectacular location. Fabulous panoramic views of the open countryside and a few metres from the port of Mahón (Maó). There is a gorgeous Mediterranean garden with lawn and a pool, which makes the place ideal for spending wonderful family holidays.

Very close by is the pretty fishing village of Es Grau, here you will find a beautiful beach, the local restaurants, shops and bars.

Very close to the only golf course in Menorca, Son Parc, 18 holes which will delight those addicted to this sport. Also at a short distance from the estate, you can go horse riding. The port of Mahón is 6 km away, one of the largest natural ports in the world. Here also you can go on boat trips where you can visit the entire port. The city of Mahón, above the port, offers a complementary offer of restaurants, shops, market, etc... to complete your holidays.

Hiking can also be done close to the estate, with a few typical Menorcan spots, where birds of prey can be spotted, and one can see all of Menorca's fauna.
