Summer fun: Located in the Adirondack park and on 83 acres of private land. Minutes to beaches on the Sacandaga Lake. Tourist actractions in the summer include boating on the lake, the zoo at Animaland, golfing within minutes, restaurants on the water, and 35 minutes to Saratoga Springs and horse racing. Also in Saratoga are the SPAC outdoor concerts. The six flags Great Escape and splashwater kingdom are 45 minutes from the house to Lake George. Hiking and biking are minutes away.

Winter fun: Sledding, cross country skiing and snowmobiling on paths minutes from house or on the lake. Downhill skiing available 45 minutes to Gore Mountain, Speculator and Royal mountains.

Fall beauty/Spring get a way: On 83 acres of Adirondack park land and the leaves changing are spectacular. Take rides anywhere around the lake for beautiful pictures. Spring offers a relaxing time on 83 acres and see deer, turkey, birds and plants come to life after a long winter. Also spring has our lowest rates that you cant beat.

This rental is perfect for when we have friends from out of town and can't fit in our house. We have rented this house twice in the summer to enjoy the view and go to the lake during the day. We also rented during the winter to snowmobile. A perfect rental...it's spacious, clean, well stocked, great location and a beautiful view.

Christmas on the mountain

What a special place for my sisters and I to celebrate Christmas with my elderly parents. It was very easy for my mom to move around because everything she needed was on the first floor. We cooked a nice big turkey dinner and the boys had fun in the snow, in the basement and just all over. Lots of room, clean and a beautifully crafted log cabin. The view is lovely. It is away from it all but close enough to everything you need. Thank you Carol for making this a memorable Christmas for my mom and dad.

ps-The Christmas tree and the decorations were very very much appreciated and throughly enjoyed!
