Entirely renovated. Includes - living / dining room with satellite TV and sofa bed - kitchen with small table, stove with four burners, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer and a large supply of crockery and cutlery - two double bedrooms (with possibility of a split beds) - two windowed bathrooms with sink, toilet, bidet and shower - terrace with a small breakfast table and chairs - large parking area. Equipped with washing machine, dryer, vacuum cleaner, iron, intercom, bike and ski storage. Its quiet location in a beautiful garden of almost 2. 000 square meters for sunbathing and you can enjoy a 360 degree spectacle of mountains of the valley!

Proximity to center: A 5/10 minute walk from the apartment is the center of Cortina, the pedestrian promenade, the church, cinema, pharmacies, post offices, tourist information offices and all the shopping , with the most famous and prestigious brands, as well as the ice stadium, the Planetarium and the Alexander Girardi Hall, home of shows and concerts. Ski: A 2-minute walk from the cable car to reach the 'Arrow in the Sky', which leads to the ski area Tofane - Ra Valles - Socrepes - Pocol. Moreover, the square opposite the cable car runs every 10 minutes to free ski bus connections to all other districts of the valley, from Faloria - Crystal - Mietres the Five Towers - Col Gallina - Lagazuoi.   • The bathrooms are new and were made with great care. The tiles and sanitary ware are sought after and well executed. Both windowed and bright. In a walk-in shower is the latch, while in an elegant frying pan.

A delightful traditional Italian alpine apartment. Very well equipped, warm and clean. The owners were very hospitable and helpful-with good English. This is a place we can recommend to everyone. You will enjoy it for sure. Hope to come back next year, we will definitely stay at Attico Castello!
