The Penthouse has 2 bedrooms with king size / queen size beds and has a open plan architecture with combined lounge/kitchen/ dining area. On the top level there is two stylish terraces, one for dining and one for sunbathing, with a shower. Glass floor and roof in upper level. Overall the penthouse has a very high standard, with the most exclusive choices of materials. AC/heater and LED Smart TV. It has lots of character, high beamed ceilings, shuttered windows and many other original features. The interior design has been made with Feng Shui in mind. Every single detail is carefully chosen and hand-picked. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, induction top, hot air oven, micro, washing machine and drier. My husband and I live in Sweden with our five children. We work as entrepreneurs in the area of design and engineering. We love to travel around the world and that is what we do in our sparetime. We bought this property partly to fulfill my dream of designing something out of the ordinary and the fact that we needed to have place close to Sweden to be able to spend weekends and some holidays in. This is THE place for someone who enjoys design, a fantastic location in the best area of Palma, in the heart of the historical center, everything happens right outside. The location is the most ultimate and quiet being in the center, yet very calming flow and charming surroundings. We are into Museums, restaurants, shopping, walking, bicycling people watching, if you are to you will be a very happy to have chosen our penthouse !

We bought this property in 2011 and rebuilt it completely, It took our building company about a year ! Now everything looks fantastic! We have had different high end magazine wanting to do interior photography for their magazines and products because of the significant Marroccan style of the Penthouse. There is a long series of thought behind every detail as I am sure you will notice and appreciate :)
We have a fantastic glass flooring and a glass roof that allows you to look right upon the blue skies from the living room and kitchen.. 6 meters up..
The apartment is light and cozy and is also ' fragrancy designed' :)

the property was ideal for the 3 of us. The location was perfect for the old town and due to the time of year the festive lights and Christmas feel added to the overall experience of a winter break in Palma.
Apt was very clean and modern with A/C and wi fi. The location was very convenient and safe. Walked to all the restaurants .Perfect for a family of 4 although the 5th can stay on a pull out couch. Manager in charge of apt was very helpful and eager to please. Clean beach a 15 min walk along the shore. We had a great time and would rent this apt again!!!
My wife and I stayed at this apartment for a week during our honeymoon. The apartment is excellent located in the old town with walking distance to everything.
The place is beautifully furnihed, Marrocan-style combined with all thinkable contemporary amenities and utilities. Very hip and stylish place!!
We especially enjoyed the two roof top terraces (on for dining and one for sun bathing), which has a very cool overview of the roof tops in the old town.
The wide range of restaurants, nightlife and shopping is within 1-2 minutes walk. The very popular tapas restaurants TAST is located in the next block and the other across the street. Highly recommended! In our house body there are 2 very nice tapas restaurants which we usually buy our tapas and bring up to our terrace to enjoy overlooking the quiet streets and the sunset. For morning coffee we go down to Bar Bosch to do some people watching :) or just take our Nespresso cup ( the Nespresso shop is in the same building so it´s easy to get the cooffe for the machine) up on the terrace to enjoy the morning sun and the nuns singing in the monastery next door! If you feel like doing some fancy shopping Louis Vuitton is within a minutes walk / or just walk the small streets around the apartment to find a tremendous amount of small quaint boutiques with the most fantastic shopping, trull the shopping paradise in Europe I would say! And they all located just around this area! Many of the top rated restaurant is located just within a couple of minutes from the apartment (1-3 minutes) such as Sa Forn, (The spanish King´s favorite restaurant) make sure to make a reservation for this one! Try the Truffle pasta and Foi
Gras... Medium/high price, Don't miss it! Another great place is Il Migliore Italian restaurant, VERY good! ' minutes walk to both of them. Make sure to visit one of the many Enotecas to taste the fantastic wines of Mallorca! (Ajo and Ferrer are great wines!)
For groceries 3-4 minutes walk to Plaza Major /Eroski local supermarket or 3-4 minutes the other direction to El Corte Ingles for a wider selection of finer dining groceries. Do not miss out on grocery shopping on the big market located 5 minutes away. They are open from 6 am to 2 pm! Fresh fish, vegetables, meat, fruits, flowers, wines, all you can wish for! Make sure to have some salmon tapas oysters and some cava on standing foot right there during lunchtime! If you need some more suggestions on activities please let me know!
