Boutique complex of only 10 apartments, communal pool

This development is situated in Jamestown Park, Holetown, in the heart of Barbados' west coast. The apartments are only a 4 minute walk to Settlers beach; also within walking distance is the very up scale shopping complex Lime Grove, where you can find the finest high end retailers, as well as restaurants, bars, cafes and a cinema. The apartments have been built with the emphasis on outdoor living, with open-plan spaces and full-width sliding doors leading onto large private patios, in addition to a shared swimming pool on site.

The apartments come equipped with all the amenities you could ask for. The double bedroom has air conditioning, additional ceiling fans and a wardrobe. The American style kitchen and living spaces, also suited with ceiling fans, means you'll have a comfortable space to enjoy TV and WiFi. Best of all is the private outdoor space: the large patio comes with a dining table and four chairs, as well as lounge chairs and a drinks table for your pleasure. We look forward to your stay!

Things to do: Atlantis Submarine, Tall Ship Cruises, diving, swimming with turtles, moonlit walks across the beach. Visit Harrison's Cave, stalactite and stalagmite formations in an underground cavern only explored in the 1970's, or explore the Barbadian Sugar Plantation Houses, and visit the Flower Forest and Orchid World. Alternatively, have a fabulous lunch or sunset dinner cruise on the Harbour master or Tiami sipping rum punches whilst enjoying a fabulous sunset, or opt for a pirate cruise on the Jolly Roger. If you prefer a land based restaurant, then you could visit some of the spectacular restaurants that are to be found on the island, these include the renowned Tides restaurant, Calabaza and Fish Pot restaurants. Stunning spacious apartment, can be booked with 1 or 2 bedrooms. This tastefully furnished apartment is the largest on the complex. The modern living space has an American style kitchen which is fully fitted with fridge freezer (with ice maker and filtered water), washing machine, oven, hob, panini maker and dishwasher. The bedrooms are situated off the living area and have ensuite facilities with walk in closets. Air con in the bedrooms is provided plus ceiling fans including the lounge and the large 40 ft terrace. The communal pool is in view from the terrace. Please note, if booked as a 1 bedroom the 2nd bedroom will be locked. Bedroom 1 (2 persons) has a Queen size bed, Bedroom 2 has a King size bed. The TV is fitted with an Apple TV box for use with IPad/IPhone for streaming UK TV via IPlayer. Sky news etc is available on the TV. The terrace has dining and seating for 4 persons, and 2 luxury loungers. Allocated parking Only suitable for children 10 years and over.

We live in Cornwall in the UK, my husband is a mining engineer and I run a successful rental business, mainly in Spain, but now branching out to Barbados. Both our daughters are at University, so hopefully now we will be able to spend some more time in our lovely apartment!

Barbados heaven

Had a wonderful 2weeks in this fantastic apartment, spacious clean and comfortable. We were met on arrival by Both housekeeper and maintance manager, both helpful and supportive . The apartment had everything possible you would require starting with American ice making fridge, perfect for rum punch sitting on the veranda. The apartment was ideally situated for the beach and wonderful restraunts within walking distance owner of the property left helpful information about the Island and special places to visit for all interests. Home again with lots wonderful memories !

Holetown is approximately a 35 minute drive from the airport. In the immediate vicinity you will find restaurants, bars and a very fine bakery/patisserie. The centre of Holetown is about a 5 minute stroll from the apartment and include multiple shops, banks, post office, police station etc. The newly opened Lime Grove Lifestyle Centre is a fabulous oasis in the centre of Holetown and showcases many designer boutiques including Ralph Lauren, Armani Exchange and Breitling to name but a few, stylish coffee shops, bars and restaurants allow for relaxation whilst browsing, The centre also incorporates a gym and beauty salon to rejuvenate even the weariest shopper. The shopping mall has a coffee area, small duty free Cave Shepherd outlet, a well stocked supermarket, Internet café and boutiques. An additional walk of 5 minutes will bring you to a larger Cave Shepherd Duty Free shop.

There are numerous bars/restaurants within walking distance for a variety of budgets. There are restaurants specialising in Italian, Indian or Thai as well as traditional Bajan food.

The island has the relatively tranquil Caribbean Sea on the west coast and and on the east coast the invigorating Atlantic Ocean.
