Clean, comfortable, cheery, roomy. Beautiful views. Huge balcony with sun most of day. Best living room seating of any condo we have rented.
Tastefully decorated. Close to elevators & laundry facilities. Well secured & beautiful surroundings. Pleasant guests & workers. Great parking at very low cost.

A Beautiful Condo in a Beautiful Place

We rented this condo based on the pictures and the reviews...we were not disappointed!
The condo is stocked with anything you could possibly need, from pots and pans to mesh bags for collecting those beautiful shells on the beach.If we needed something, it was sure to be there somewhere.
The condo itself was very clean, beautifully decorated with upgrades throughout.
Everyone at South Seas was pleasant and accommodating.
Marco Island affords you the option of doing as much or as little as you want. There are plenty of activities, tours, beaches, shopping and if you prefer....nothing. But you MUST go to the beach and enjoy the sunsets on the Gulf. They are spectacular to say the least.
As for our personal recommendations:
Dolphin explorer...for an eco-tour of the dolphins,manatees,and birds of Marco Island.
Want a pizza...try Joeys we enjoyed it.
Nice one of a kind clothes or just about anything...go to Tin City in Naples(about 20 minutes away).
We hope to return soon to Marco(we miss it already) and we most certainly will be booking the same condo.

AWESOME! PERFECT!!!!

The condo was absolutely perfect. It was by far the cleanest rental we have ever stayed in. The owners have done wonderful job stocking the place and the decor was great!!! It has awesome beach chairs, sand toys, a cooler and a cart to carry it all to the beach! You only need to bring your bathing suits, food and drinks and you are ready for your vacation here! It is apparent the owners have taken great pride in thinking of everything and preparing everyone for their visit. They sent all kinds of info to us on Marco before we got there and the owners responded to all our questions quickly. It was kid friendly and our 7 & 10 year olds loved being so close to the pool, ocean/beach and playground! I would definitely recommend this condo to others and we will definitely go back.

You won't be disapppointed

My family and I just returned from our December 2008 vacation in Marco Island. In the past we had stayed at the Radisson. But this time we thought we would try going the rental condo route. We made a great decision. This two bedroom, two bath unit was exactly what we were looking for. Our kids loved it as well. From the moment we walked through the door, it was as if we walked into our own home. It was beautifully decorated, well kept, clean and organized. Everything was there that we needed, particularly in the kitchen and bathrooms, right down to the tin foil and plastic wrap for leftover meals and bandaids! The owners of this condo have gone to great measures to add the small comforts that other condos just don't have. They even provided beach chairs and a cart to use to take them down to the beach in. This unit is also located close to the laundry room.

The pool deck and pool itself were also great. A nice variety of people of all ages were at the pool during the week that we rented. The balcony for this unit is also very nice. Large, with nice deck furniture for breakfast and lunch in the sun. Great view of the pool and gulf.

Did I mention the furniture? The beds were all very comfortable. The furniture in the living room was modern, clean and comfortable. A nice variety of movies on CDs, tapes and books were also found in the entertainment unit.

I could go on and on, but it's not necessary. Don't pass on renting this unit if you have the chance.

Fantastic AND Kid Friendly

Wonderful condo - best view around - very family friendly. We enjoyed our Marco Island vacation with our sons - ages 6 and 8...they were delighted to find plenty of beach toys to play with, and loved the heated swimming pool. We even enjoyed an unexpected beach fireworks show on New Year's Eve - with a perfect front row seat on the balcony. I will rent this condo again - I highly recommend it.
