Marco Island Vacation Rental Beachfront Beauty II in South Seas WiFi

This unit met all our needs. It was clean with high quality TV's, appliances, furniture
and best of all a very comfortable bed. We didn't use the beach equipment but it
was there if needed. The pool was more than adequate with plenty of space and very warm water. We used the exercise room every day and although the equipment is clearly dated, it served our purposes and was never crowded. The entire gated complex was safe, clean and covered parking is nice. Laundry was handy and very easy to use. We have been to Marco probably a dozen times in the last twenty years and it is our favorite location in the states. This was our first time staying at South Seas and we wouldn't hesitate to return. Lorraine couldn't have been more helpful in providing all the necessary info prior to our arrival and everything went off without a hitch. No complaints and nothing but great memories (again).

My wife and I just returned from 2 weeks in South Seas Tower. It's everything the owner claims. It is a very well kept, equipped and comfortable condo with a wonderful view. The owner provides all the necessary in door and out door equipment. If you have children we saw that the owner takes pride in what they provide in entertainment for the kids. You have excellent access to the laundry and garbage disposal area and plenty of parking was available. We enjoyed our stay and intend on returning to the same unit next year. The walk to the beach was easy due to the fact that the owner provided a cart to wheel the chairs and umbrella down to the water. As I said the owner really thought of everything. This condo was an extremely clean, well-maintained rental full of excellent amenities. We were pleasantly surprised to find a wide selection of music and movies for our use. We loved being able to walk to the beach and having beach chairs, toys and accessories there for us to use. Lorraine provided wonderful customer service, especially when the smoke alarm needed to be replaced during our stay. Being able to cook in the fully-equipped condo kitchen helped keep us within our budget, and the laundry facilities were adequate. I recommend that you do your last load of laundry before your last evening in the condo, however. When I used the change machine on the first floor to get coins, it ate my money. The reception desk was closed, and I could not get my money back. I tried to go to a local laundromat, and it was closed. In the end, Lorraine did not penalize us for leaving more than the allotted number of dirty towels/sheets and credited us the money we lost in the change machine.
We enjoyed breakfast at Ne Ne’s Café’ and bagels from Empire Bagel, as well as pizza from Joey’s Pizza nearby. Dinner at Arturo’s was delicious, and our waiter Carmine made the evening enjoyable with excellent service and friendly conversation.
While we simply enjoyed swimming in the Gulf and building sand castles, we also enjoyed outings to nearby attractions. Our favorite was the day we took a 4 hour ranger-led paddling trip through the Everglades (out of Everglades City). We learned a great deal about the Everglades ecosystem, saw countless birds (even an osprey holding its prey as it flew through the air), and explored an island formerly inhabited by the Cohiok tribe. Another day we went on a 1 ½ hour boat trip to see manatees. We also explored Tigertail Beach (we loved the birds and little crabs!) and walked across the shallow lagoon.
All in all, we enjoyed our stay immensely and would recommend this condo and Marco Island to friends and relatives.
