The best location in Barcelona. Situated 1 minute walk to metro Liceu and a short walk to Las Ramblas, right in the heart of 'Old Barcelona'. Every comfort has been thought about and the apartment is decorated to the highest standards. Situated on the 4th floor with a lift, this is a genuine home from home surrounded by restaurants and tapas bars and of course the famous Boqueria market is right there for all your grocery needs. Medieval sights next to contemporary shops of every description and metropolitan café life. One large and comfortable double bedroom with double bed and 2 single bedrooms sleeping maximum of 4 persons. The living/dining room has a small balcony,(standing only) plus a flat screen TV and free WiFi and there is a fully equipped kitchen Air conditioning is in the lounge and the master bedroom with fans in the smaller bedrooms. 1 bathroom with washer and dryer. Easy access to the airport, train stations and minutes from the metro station.

Centrally located right down-town, simply step outside the door into the heart of the Gothic Quarter. A 15 minute walk to Barceloneta beach and a mere 2 minute stroll to the famous Las Ramblas brimming with cafés, bars, restaurants and shops. A short walk away is Plaça Catalunya, the place to pick up the Barcelona Airport Bus and the open-top Barcelona Tourist Bus. If museums are more your thing, The Picasso and Dalí museums are close by and the historic city Cathedral is just a few streets away. Walk towards the sea and you’ll find the bustling Maremàgnum - the place to see and been seen - the location of Barcelona’s Aquarium and shopping and entertainment complex. From there, you can take the cable car to Montjuïc for amazing views of Barcelona and the port. The nearest metro is 30 seconds walk to Liceu (green line). Taxi’s are available on Las Ramblas and banks, supermarkets, cafés, bars, restaurants are literally all around.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (Euro) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Notes

  • PRICES
    1-2persons sharing = 120 Euros per night
    3-4 persons sharing = 160 Euros per night

    5% discount is applied to all bookings over 10 nights.

    There is a 75 Euro charge for the professional cleaning that takes place before check in and for the fresh linen and towels, this is split between the cleaner and the check in girl and is mandatory (check in before 9pm - no fee)
    If you arrive after 9pm there is a 30 Euro additional fee, after midnight it is 50 Euros additional fee.
  • HOW TO BOOK:

    20% is due at time of booking via PAYPAL. You do not have to have a paypal account to transfer money but pay pal transfers will incur a 4% fee and is the liability of the guest.

    The remaining 80% is due on arrival in CASH in EUROS along with the 75 Euros cleaning fee.
    Please note: If guest are departing your day of arrival check in time is at 4pm, however it is always possible to drop off luggage at 11am and return by 4pm (sometimes earlier) when the apartment will have been cleaned and prepared for you.
  • Check out time is strictly 11am. We can not store luggage.

    A photocopy of the passport from the person who reserved and booked the apartment will be required on check in. The confirmation of the reservation will also be required.

    Full refund of the 20% deposit given if cancellations are made 30 days in advance of arrival. After 30 days, no refund. Prices will not be adjusted if guests drop out / leave early once the 20% has been paid.

Perfect location, just in the centre of Bacerlona. Walking distance of everywhere, just in las Ramblas. Beautiful-cool flat !! full equipped, clean, new, modern, tidy and relaxing.

Un apartamento precioso y muy céntrico. En las ramblas! todo está nuevo y muy cerca de todos los puntos de interés, se puede ir andando. Además, despues de un día de turismo se agradece la comodidad de las camas. Sin duda volveremos. Muchas gracias

Great stay in this flat right in heart of old town, Barcelona. All completely new. Everything worked. And just going downstairs we were right in the action. Will definitely be booking again.

Really good position in the old town of Barcelona near all the nightlife and main sights. Clean spacious quiet flat was a real haven from the busy city outside.
