Our charming 1000 sq ft upstairs (2nd row) Oceanside apartment is located just beyond the cul-de-sac of the front beach road allowing for direct private access - 75ft from beach and unobstructed views from every room. Just remodeled, our home is open and airy with vaulted ceilings and restored pine floors. The master bedroom with it's sitting room can be converted to provide a 2nd bedroom by closing the frosted glass french doors and opening the futon sofa. Our home is suitable for 2-4 people or a small family. We have added a single iron bed in the old porch area. Sleeps 7.Pet Friendly,laundry on site. Free Wi-Fi. WINTER RENTALS INVITED: LINENS AND PAPER PRODUCTS ARE NOT PROVIDED. WINTER= NOV-APRIL 2010.

  • Our home is very open. There is a single bed directly facing the ocean. There is a master queen , also directly facing the ocean. The barrier between the two beds is a 3 panel screen. Beyond the master is a pair of frosted glass french doors that can be closed to convert the master bedroom to the second bedroom which has a queen futon and its' own entrance to parking area....avoiding the gate. The queen fold out sofa is in the living room. It has a foam cushion on top of the mattress to make it more comfortable. It has direct ocean views. If someone wants to come on their own, they may share the lower apt with the owner in a somewhat roomate situation, The bedroom has ocean views , is a double, and the atmosphere is very 'I live on the beach full time !!' PET POLICY:: 1. Most dogs are allowed but must be approved first. 2. The daily non-refundable fee is $15.00/pet. 3. A $200 refundable fee is required in case of pet damages. 4. You must have your dog on a leash when you enter the yard and conduct a doggie welcome session with the owner's dog.It is your responsibility to keep your dog off of the owner's dog. 5. You are required to clean up after you dog before you leave our home.
