This is a well run condo, such a nice view, free dsl, porch is the best for relaxing, sitting on the porch is like being on the beach as it is so close to the water. This was a great value and the place was clean and inviting..

Condo was clean, quiet, and well maintained. The screened porch offers privacy and a wonderful view of the ocean.
It is in driving distance to all attractions yet away from the 'rat race'.
We look forward to staying again next year.

I recommend this condo to anyone who is looking for a place away from the rat race of parking desks, elevator waits, and crowds. It has been well maintained and up to date with all modern needs. Mr. Herndon called to ensure everything was ok upon our arrival. He was very prompt in returning our deposit after receipt of the keys. I highly recommend if you enjoy simple and clean.
