The apartment was recently renovated with all comfort. E 'consists of a beautiful master bedroom with views over a peaceful landscape of typical Roman, a large and elegant bathroom with shower and an elegant living room with kitchenette, fully equipped (dishwasher included) and with a comfortable sofa bed. Furnished with charm and with great care for detail. Heating, Air Conditioning, Internet, WiFi, satellite TV, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, laundry, breakfast are included. The location is central and the building is situated on a quaint and picturesque staircase leads to the beautiful Church of St. Peter in Chains. You can easily go on foot to reach quickly the most interesting points of Rome, as there are in the heart of ancient Rome and at 30 meters from the Cavour metro station line B. The neighborhood is the oldest of Rome, the 'Monti', and is a neighborhood vital and entertaining as it is full of restaurants for all budgets and genres as diverse local cafes, shops and soug

In the heart of the oldest neighborhood of Rome, Monti, who gave birth to 'Julius Caesar', in a building of 1800, in characteristic position, fully renovated with charm and great care for detail. In a family atmosphere, but the same time discreet. The location is very central, just a few meters to many cultural attractions, folk, commercial and monumental of the Eternal City. In a very cheerful and lively, full of clubs, bars, restaurants, craft workshops and small shops. On foot you can reach destinations such as the Colosseum, Piazza Venezia, Roman Forum and Palatine Hill, Circus Maximus, Trajan's Market, the Domus Aurea, the Quirinal, the Church of St. Peter in Chains (Michelangelo's Moses), the Opera House, Esedra Square, the Basilica of St. Maria Maggiore .... and much more! You can get there easily from Termini Station, with only one subway stop B (Cavour stop) or short bus ride, passing from Termini Station in the direction of Via Cavour. From Fiumicino Leonardo da Vinci airport, take the train / bus 'Leonardo Express' to Termini Station. The building is located on a quaint and picturesque staircase, so you can not access it directly from the road, but just 15 steps down Via Cavour, Via Leonina or salirne 10 below.

Notes: The building that houses the apartment is located on a picturesque and characteristic staircase (and for this reason that, unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate customers with disabilities in walking), and the apartment is located on the first floor. Being in the heart, in a building of 1800 there is no elevator. There are a few steps (10 to rise from Via Leonina or 15 down Via Cavour).

Alessandra's web page description of her apartments in Rome are absolutely accurate. Not a bit of exaggeration. Our apartment, Cecci, offered everything we needed to feel comfortable, to feel at home. It was not simply clean. It was spotless! The decor is understated, simple, lovely. Her renovations included the best materials, including doors and windows that keep outside sounds outside, quiet inside. The location was perfect for walking or taking the metro to all the sights. Each morning Alessandra opened the door to the apartment across the hall and welcomed us for wonderful Italian coffee, pastries, yogurt, cereal, fresh fruit; twice she baked cakes for us. The apple cake dusted with powdered sugar was divine. Each morning she stayed and talked enthusiastically about the city she loves, what we must see, where we should eat, valuable information to make our stay memorable. Actually, spending time with Alessandra each morning will be one of our most treasured memories. Thank you Alessandra.

Casa Arioli - Ceci apartment

I can’t say enough lovely things about Alessandra and Casa Arioli. She is absolutely reliable. Communication is prompt and she holds to everything she says. The apartment (we stayed in the Ceci) was immaculate and well appointed. It has a wonderful little balcony with a table and two chairs and is very quiet on the inside courtyard.

There is not a detail that Alessandra has not thought of right down to the perfect little candies in the central foyer. Alessandra is a very warm, friendly person who genuinely wants you to enjoy your time there. She offers so much more than what we availed ourselves of. She made a special accommodation for us so that we could stay at Casa Arioli on the only days that we could be there.

We met her son who greeted us with a big smile and her daughter (who the Ceci apartment was named after) who met us for breakfast in the morning and was ever so charming - genuinely sweet!

My husband and I love to walk and found Casa Arioli to be near just about everything. If you are looking for a place to eat, lunch or dinner, make sure to take Alessandra’s advice.

To get the same service and accommodations at a hotel or B&B you would have to pay so much more. We would definitely come back and next time, hopefully it will be for a much longer stay. THANK YOU ALESSANDRA!

Casa Arioli

I highly recommend Casa Arioli! We stayed in the one-bedroom apartment and it fit our needs perfectly. The location is wonderful. We set off walking every day and marvelled that we were staying in such a historic part of Rome (but then all of Rome is historic!) yet our apartment was modern and spotless. Allessandra made our stay that much better. She made sure our day started right with a light breakfast and good conversation, providing tips about sites of interest preferred by Romans, the best way to get around and excellent restaurants. We wish her well!
