Occupancy:
The safety code and property systems determine the occupancy level
for GVC. Guest shall occupy GVC with no more than 6 persons maximum
for overnight accommodations, including children. Guest agrees to
house only the persons listed in the Rental Agreement. Sleeping on
the floor, sofas or any other area that is not designated as a
sleeping area is not allowed. Camping in tents, on decks, on
patios, in RV’s or campers on the premises is prohibited. Guest shall not have parties
or other special events that will cause the number of people to
exceed 6 persons maximum without approval and prior consent by
own -
Age Requirement & Responsibilities:
The primary registered Guest on the Rental Agreement must be at
least 21 years of age and must be staying at GVC for the entire
length of stay.
Cancellations & Changes & Security Deposit:
Cancellations or changes made more than 45 days in advance will
receive a full refund less cancellation fee of $30. Cancellations
or changes made between 30 to 45 days in advance forfeit an amount
equal to one night’s stay. Cancellations or changes made less than
30 days in advance forfeit the full amount paid. Every effort is made to fill your canceled dates. If we are successful you may move your reservation to a comparable season for only $30 cancel fee and the difference (if any) in your existing booking and the new replacement booking.
