Sun, sand and surf.: Sun yourself on the sand or deck of each of our villa's two oceanfront pools. Fish in the surf or off Folly Pier just to the left of the villa. The shallow beach is perfect for children. Stroll, hike or bike on the beach. Depending on the season parasailing and fishing charters are available.

Historic Charleston, SC: Our Folly Beach villa is less than fifteen minute's drive from downtown Charleston with the Battery, Waterfront Park, museums, art galleries, the Aquarium, antique shops and boutiques, and the Market. Ft. Sumter is a short boat ride away. You may walk, take a carriage ride or the Green Trolly.

This was a return trip to Folly Beach, and we requested the same condo. We would recommend this property to anyone. The condo is clean and well maintained. The owners are easy to contact and quick to answer questions. Check out procedures are easy, and prices are reasonable. There is a wonderful restaurant within walking distance...Locklear's Beach City Grill. Folly beach is a great family beach. Charleston is a easy, quick drive from the condo, where there are many great food choices. There are also a lot of historic sites to see...Fort Sumter, beautiful home tours, carriage rides and plantations.

This property is as advertised and more. We just spent a great week.The view is great and the condo is within walking distance to the center of Folly's where the restuarants and bars are located. The property was clean and very well equipped. It was a fabulous laid back vacation. We hope to go again next year.

It was my responsibility to book our vacation with my parents this year. What a wonderful choice I made. We loved staying here. The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed. The view was spectacular. Thank you.

I have stayed here on 8 different occassions. Fantastic condo, great people to rent from and no better location at Folly. The condo is absolutely gorgeous, beautifully decorated. Thank you both for allowing my family to rent from you.

This condo was in excellent condition. Well maintained. We had everything we needed. They also had the little things that we might have forgotten. Balcony was right on the beach. We would sit there and watch the dolphins come in with the low and high tides. Very convenient to Charleston. We definately will do this again. Liked security of complex. Owner very accommodating and easy to work with.
