Experience the charm of Old Town in this remodeled home, boasting the premier location in Park City, walking distance from four-star dining, world-class shopping and the Sundance Film Festival. The Free Main Street Trolley, a short walk from the front door, can take you up and down Main Street or the Town Lift and Transit Center where you can catch a bus to travel anywhere you like in Park City for free. At this location, you can do without a car, but there are two reserved parking spots out front. Flat screen TV's, WIFI, washer/dryer, satellite television and our DVD library are just some of the amenities our home offers.

Our home offers inspiring mountain views through huge bay windows, where moose sightings are not uncommon. You can relax in our spacious living room with a wood burning fireplace under 24-foot ceilings. The deck looks out onto unobstructed mountain views where you can wind down in our steaming hot tub under starry, snow flecked nights. . With 3 bedrooms with flat screen tv's and three full baths, you can easily sleep eight. Dine in using our recently remodeled kitchen and comfortable dining area or stroll down Main Street to Grappa, Shabu, a steak at Butcher's or a frosty mug of Polygamy Porter at the Wasatch Brewery all steps from your door.

For our hardcore skiers our prime location nestles you in between Deer Valley and Park City Mountain Resort in historic Park City. This is truly the ultimate Park City experience. Enjoy!

About The Owner

We love Utah and we love Main St and the Town Lift. Where else can you grab a lift right out of Town and see your house on the horizon. We love to ski and we love the mountains in the summer.

The Owner purchased this chalet in 2006

Great location! Access to skiing and hiking! Very dog friendly town. Sense of community and leaving your door unlocked. Main St is the best!

Peaceful, the sunsets and the summer walks right out your front door up Daly Canyon. We walk down to Main St for Sushi and walk home to our quiet street.

The stay was excellent, what a beautiful condo and its just a 5 minute walk to town. The inside is warm and inviting, the hot tub is amazing after a long day of skiing. We had one slight issue with the heat one morning, someone was sent over immediately and it was fixed before I came home from skiing. Park City is great and I would like to thank Jeff for making the all of the booking/checkin/checkout process' quick and easy.

Our family of 5 adults stayed over Xmas Holidays. Great place. Well appointed and maintained. Superb Old Town location. Walked to dinner every night. Jeff was a very personable and attentive owner. Would definitely stay there again.

Xmas in PC

Stayed over the Xmas holiday with our adult family of 5. Had a great experience. Well appointed and maintained home. Owner was very personable and helpful. Great location as we walked to dinner on Main St. every night. Have been coming to PC for > 8yrs. Based on location, quality of the rental and value, it was the best place we have stayed at. Would definitely rent here again.

Beautiful place, responsive owners

We had a great experience at this location. We had eight in our group and this place was a little tight for us all, but we were able to fit. It sleeps six wonderfully. The location is good - we were able to walk down just a few blocks to get to several restaurants. The trolley is also very close to get down to the lift and equipment shops.

Our first day we had some problems with the wireless so I called the owner who picked up right away and was able to identify the issue. The house is also well stocked in the kitchen making preparing our own meals at the house a breeze. Highly recommended.
