Relax and enjoy this exceptional slope side Northpeak condo, refurbished with new kitchen, floors, tile, carpet, a built in entertainment center over a new custom built-in gas fireplace. New Beds. Very comfortable sleeping arrangements. Offers ski-in ski-out access. Location is immediately above the children's learning center at the South Ridge base, or walk to the end of the parking lot and you have reached chair #6 in order to beat the crowds. Night Skiing now offered on weekends goes immediately by the condo. This is a very comfortable condo in an unmatched on-mountain location. Features a full kitchen, the living room has a pull down Murphy bed, 1 bedroom has 2 bunk beds, the master bedroom is furnished with a queen bed. It sleeps 8, with a laundry room in the basement. The entry to the outdoor pool is inside past the showers and change room.

The Best Condo on the Mountain

I have stayed at this condo several times now, and it has becoming my favorite place to stay at Sunday River. It is right on the mountain and ski in and out is all about living life. The place is bright and clean and dealing with the owner is a plus. I also love the heated pool, so don't forget your bathing suit.

Highly recommend, but don't take my weekend.

This slopeside condo at sunday river is truly exceptional. Spacious, immaculately maintained and wonderfully convenient. We've stayed elsewhere on the mountain and I'd highly recommend this condo for all its attributes! A+
