House has 5 Bedrooms, 3 Full baths, living room w/ cathedral ceiling, 2 fireplaces, Webber Gas BBQ w/year round use, 2 refrigerators, dining room, mudroom, washer/drier, ski-tuning/weight room, screened porch over looking lake, 3 decks & 3 TVs w/SAT/DVD/VCR & HBO. Winter: Ten minutes to Sunday River Ski area & two minutes to Mount Abrams Ski area with day/night skiing/tubing alpine. Close to cross country skiing, snowmobiling, skating, antique shopping, movie theaters. Can ice fish, snowmobile & skate on our lake. Anytime: 10 Minutes to historic Bethel village & Gould Academy. Gourmet & family dining, antique shops, 4 screen movie theater and the Big Adventure Center an outdoor water slide complex/indoor laser tag/rock climbing gym & bowling. Less than 3 hours to Boston, 75 minutes to Freeport, Kennebunkport & Portland, ME; North Conway, NH home of tax fee outlet shopping and Storyland for children.

We just finished a vacation here with 5 adults and 7 children. There was plenty of room for all and something for everyone to do. The kids can play with very little worries from the parents. The house is well kept and very pretty. We had a whole lot of fun 'exploring' with the boats. Thank you for a great start to our summer!

This place is fabulous, we stayed here in 2007, 5 adults and 4 children. Was plenty of room. The place is gorgeous and very well kept...the grounds were really pretty.
