Our 'Seaside Serenity' is an unbeatable value on front beach, and 18 minutes from Historic downtown Charleston. Enjoy our 5325 square feet of fun space! An outdoor patio with new gas grill, two decks (complete with chaise lounges for sunbathing or stargazing), and screened-in porch (equipped with rocking chairs and dining table), account for 1625 square feet of this enjoyable space. Perfect for family gatherings! It is an ideal location, with a grocery store, shops and favorite island restaurants 2 blocks away. Fondest family memories guaranteed! Just stay with us and experience true serenity at the seaside promised to last a lifetime, regardless of age. Sorry, no house parties.

  • Both bathrooms on 2nd floor are laid out well for large groups. The Master bath area services the 2 bedrooms adjoining it and has a separate dressing area with 2 lavatories. The second bathroom is also equipped with double lavatory and the hallway provides private access from both nearby bedrooms. Full bath on 1st floor in located in hall between both down stairs bedrooms. Both outdoor showers are enclosed for privacy and have hot water.

Notes: The first floor is great for the younger crowd with ping-pong table and Foosball along with access to the patio. We also have a bumper pool table in the garage and an extra refrigerator for food over flow and drinks. Large sitting area with television that you can hook-up your favorite video game from home. On the back patio there is a picnic table and rocking chairs along with a hammock for relaxing. There is a storage closet on the patio that is filled with misc. beach toys, boogie boards and beach chairs from past guests. We leave a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom as well as a roll of paper towels in the kitchen for your convenience upon arrival!

Lovely place, great beach

My wife, three children and spouses and 4 grandchildren loved this place. The house is very comfy and big enough for a large group and safe for small children. The beach is really one of the nicest we have seen. The only drawback were the mosquitoes which meant a dash for the beach and back. The screen porch kept them out so you can be outside. So if you cannot run then make sure you have some repellant. There are several great resturants and we especially liked Taco Mamacitas on Sullivan's island a short drive over the connecting bridge. The Marina to north also serves wicked good Fish Tacos.

Family Summer Get Together

This is our second time at this property and once again thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Absolutely excellent location on the IOP and beachfront accommodations couldn't make it any easier to enjoy the sun, water, and family. The house was well kept and kitchen complete with all the necessary cookware, plates, etc. Very convenient to local grocery store and package shop. Location is perfect for those who want to bike ride on the beach, fly kites, or just sit back and people watch. We will DEFINITELY return! We also love to go to a nearby pub called Poe's which is on Sullivan Island (within biking distance).

What a beautiful beach house to have a fantastic vacation with family and friends!!!!! It was clean, comfortable with a spectacular view and an excellent access to the beach!!!! We will be back again next year - our 3rd year!!!

How do we spell vacation? SEASIDE SERENITY! We absolutely loved this ocean front rental. We liked that it was close to the IOP connector as we made many trips to Mt. Pleasant and Sullivan's Island. It had a great screened porch with view of the ocean beyond the huge back yard. The private walkway to the beach with built-in benches was a great place to watch the sunrise. We had plenty of room and liked having bedrooms on the first and second floors. We used every one of the flat screen TVs. Even Grandma and Grandpa had fun in our little ping pong tourney. It was a clean, comfortable and classic beach house. We'll be back there for sure as we didn't want to leave!!!
