We have held prices unchanged from 2005!! Easy drive from airport. You will be met at Oliva motorway exit and taken to the apartment on arrival. Modern apartment on a low-rise development located on the beach road, next to the award winning Oliva Nova Golf. Secure gated complex, allocated car parking, pedestrian access to safe sandy beach. Supermarket, medical center, bar, restaurant all within a short walk. Lively beach area of Oliva Beach (shops, restaurants, water sports) just 2km away. Fully self contained and equipped for self catering holidays. One twin bedded and one double bedded bedroom, 2 bathrooms, delightful furnishings, fully equipped kitchen, lounge (CD / DVD/ TV) dining room - ideal for both long & short stays. Terrace overlooks pool & the sea beyond. Tennis & other sports attractions available within the complex. All linen, bedding, towels provided. Golfing & Tennis, Squash, basketb facilities: San Fernando is built next to the 18 hole Oliva Nova Golf. This is a golf & beach resort with 4 star hotel, restaurants, bars, professional shop & usual facilities. Day green fees & club hire ia available at the golf reception. Bars & restaurants available to the public at all times. A small sports facility is available on the San Fernando complex, providing 3 Tennis courts, 2 Squash Courts, 1 basketball Court & located in the sports complex bar is a table football & other limited amusements.

Local Attractions: Throughout the region there are beach & mountain tourist spots, from idyllic mountain villages with spectacular views over the coast, to lively busy 'Riviera' beaches at Denia & Oliva Beach. Benidorm with its theme parks & famous Aqua Park are about 30 minute drive away. For restaurants, there are facilities on the complex, next door at Oliva Nova Golf & at the close by Oliva Camping. 3kms away is the thriving town of Oliva & 5km Denia all offering a wide range of bars shops & restaurants. From Denia a daily ferry travels to Majorca for daily excursions or longer stays.

Emergencies or assistance: Our local english representative lives in Oliva & has a wealth of knowledge concerning the region, built up over 20 years. She speaks excellent spanish, and is available by telephone to assist in any emergencies at any time. She will be happy to advise on all aspects of your stay, and can arrange to collect from the airports of Valencia or Alicante if required. (Cheaper than local taxis!)

Brilliant family Holiday Apartments

Imagine if you can, the best holiday you have ever been on, where the beach is right, the hotel, the staff, the food, the people, tick every box. Now double that thought because this is what you can expect from a stay at these apartments!!
I can honestly say that we have thouroughly enjoyed our stays at Oliva, and would have no problem highly recommending the apartments to anyone. If you want to get away from all that stress, you could do no better than to come to Oliva.
The owners are really warm and welcoming and everything is provided at the apartment you would need to 'Live Spainish'.
The pool is a really good size and our kids almost live in it.
The beach is literally across the road and boasts of clean soft sandy beaches and has life guards at intervals up and down the beach.
These apartments are not for those that want loud music and night clubs, or would like that English resort.
Oliva is a Spanish resort and is a great place to try out your spanish, you really do need to fit into their way of life or you will find it difficult.
Oliva town is a 10mins car journey away, and has a good market, shops and resturants. In the other direction there is a Good size shopping centre. There are a few local shops and resturants within walking distance. There is also a really good sports complex too.
A Hire car is higly recommended, so you enjoy the surrounding towns with ease.

Lovely comfortable apartment with all the essentials to keep the kids entertained. Fantastic pool and just moments from the lovely beach. Thank you Deborah for all your help and advice. Looking forward to our next visit.

Visited Easter 09 for one week. Resort area at that time very quiet. The property is as described and good for a family holiday. Easy access as there is a lift. Good location but you need a car to get the best out of it. Very good friday market in Oliva and the town has all the basics that you need. Beautiful coastline and beaches plus attractive mountain area close by. Easy road access and general travel in the area by car. Many thanks to Colin and Deboraqh for their help in organising an enjoyable week.
