Decorated in shades of sea foam and coral, this sparkling yet affordable two bedroom condominium is within easy walking distance of all of Key West's best attractions. It's a two minute stroll to Duval Street, five minutes to Mallory Square, and a short walk out your back door to the most picturesque beach in the lower Keys.

The Shipyard also has a terrific pool and beautiful landscaped grounds. It's great for families, couples, singles, retirees -- everybody but spring breakers!

Fly into Key West or drive down from Miami, Ft. Lauderdale or West Palm.

Please note that in season rates start at about $1500 and off season rates start at about $800 per week. Most weeks will be more. So will special event weeks.

This location can't be beat! It's about a two minute walk to Duval Street and Mallory Square and a five minute walk to the best beach in town at Ft. Zachary Taylor State Park. You'll feel like you're in the heart of the Caribbean.

While it's close to everything, it's also far enough away to be very quiet. It's the best of both worlds!

We had a wonderful stay at the Truman Annex Shipyard. The owner is wonderful -- very friendly and helpful, quick to reply to any emails. The condo is wonderfully located, just a couple of blocks from Duval Street. We were close to the hustle & bustle, yet had a very quiet place to stay. We had a nice patio, comfortable furniture, the place was freshly painted and nicely decorated. We'd highly recommend this condo!

The condo was well maintained and clean. The condo was small but worked well for what we needed it for, that is three people. Very close to Duvall street and the state park with beach access.

The location of this property is excellent. The Truman Annex area is quaint, quiet and within walking distance to Duval Street and Mallory Square. Ft Zachary, which I believe has the best beach in Key West, is only a short distance from your door! The property is clean, spacious and comfortable. It is surrounded by lush green trees and flowering bushes. Reservations with the owner were easy and all expectations were met. The pool area was clean, the pool was clear and there were plenty of chairs to lounge on. The deck at the condo provided a grill that gives you an opportunity to have a cook out and hang in if you don't feel like eating out. Having coffee on the deck in the morning when it was 76 degrees was wonderful! As for my favorite activities, where do I begin . . . . .the sunset at Mallory Square is beautiful; Irish Kevin's is a blast; Ft Zachary; Turtle races at Turtle Kraals; salads at Caroline's; people watching at the Green Parrot and the Schooner Bar. I would highly recomment this property to my family and friends. I will be back next year!
