Sleeps 4, 2 bedrooms, 1 bath/shower rooms

The accommodation comprises of two double bedrooms, sleeping four in comfort and a family size bathroom which consists of a modern suite and hand held shower, On the ground floor there is a large kitchen / dining area and lounge. The newly installed kitchen area has a double electric oven with 4 hobs, full size fridge and separate full size freezer. In addition there is a slow cooker, kettle and toaster. A small dining area with table and chairs for 4 plus a comfortable lounge area with sofa and TV. At the rear of the cottage is a step hillside garden, unsuitable for the elderly or the very young, which leads to a seating area from which the view of the bay is magnificent.

This lovely old cottage is situated in the old part of with its old fisherman's cottages in narrow lanes. Only 100 yards from the seafront it is a ideal location for a family holiday or as a base for touring this remarkable area.

Within walking distance of the cottage are restraunts, cafes, wine bars and local inns all providing all day food. The sweeping promenade seafront is at the bottom of the lane. The city of Swansea is only 10 minutes by car and beautiful bays of Gower can be reached in minutes.
