Large home in gated community. Comfortably sleeps six couples. Some of the appliances need replacing or repair (Washer and dryer squeak loudly, toasters only work on one side, some smoke detectors missing). Nothing spectacular but a good value for the money. The pool and spa are nice. The pool person services the pool on Monday and will turn on the heat then, so if you arrive on a weekend, you may not have heated water until Monday. We had a party of 16 and had no problems with lack of hot water. Everyone got a hot shower. Plenty of sitting space and access to the garage was a nice extra.
The screened porch at the rear of the house is nice. However, it's missing one of the 4x4 foot sections in the ceiling, so bugs can still get in. The water is very refreshing and the rear patio area is comfortable and shaded in the afternoon.
The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. There appear to be many rentals in the neighborhood which are not all occupied, so traffic and nighttime noise are minimal.
High-speed internet is great - 3MB/s download and 1.5MB/s upload. The wireless router at the house provides access for all guests with no drop-outs.
There are several grocery and drug stores near the property as well as reasonably-priced dining options.
