This lovely apartment is totally refurbished and stylish decorated. 2 bedrooms, one with ensuite bathroom. Living room as a sofa bed. Main bathroom with massage shower. Large fully-equipped open-plan kitchen. Air-conditioning and central heating. Plenty of light and sun the apartment is located in the central and quiet residential area of l'eixample, in Barcelona city, a very safe area. Teeming with cultural and social activities. It contains the highest concentration of modernist architecture in the world. The apartment is well served by public transport to/from the airport. very well communicated, and 15 minutes walk from Plaza Catalunya, Paseo de Gracia, the historic city centre and Ramblas. The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a historic building without elevator. Balconies, looking on to street

The apartment is surrounded by local shops, like supermarkets, open markets, vegetable/fruit, fish,bakery, pastry, pharmacy and banks. There are terraces nearby for having a coffee, a drink/tapas, and some protected games areas for children areas.

The hotel restaurant next door offers a daily lunch menu and breakfast at reasonable prices. Spend a day on the beach explore the city's architectural wonders nearby.

The apartment was exactly as it was described and in a great location, could not have asked for a better place to stay! Had everything we needed and was very comfortable. would not hesitate to recommend it as it was very good value and very easy and striaght forward to book.
we all had a lovely time!! hoping to be back in the near future!!

We had a very late arrival which was no problem for Martin.
Apartment is an excellent place to stay if you are in Barcelona. Clean, spacious and close to where ever you want to go (we rented bikes!)
