4 Bedrms, 1 Bath, Sleeps 10, Outside Shower Also , Screen Porch, Fenced Yard

Our charming home is steps away from its own private beach pathway to beautiful Pine Point Beach. Stunning views of Prout's Neck and Woods Island Lighthouse can be seen from our beach area. Inside our house is lots of windows therefore it is bright, spacious and decorated in a Maine setting yet in the summer hot weather stays quite cool due to the extra wall insulation. The large living room offers indoor/outdoor rug through out, brick fireplace the rustic maine get away feeling. The kitchen Extremely spacious and comfy. Upstairs are four bedrooms and when High Tide you can actually hear the waves breaking on the beach. This adds to the overall feeling of a home away from home. The home's side screened porch is very comfy for morning coffee, reading a great book and hearing the birds singing in all the local Pine tree's. Pine Point is named after all its many year old Pine tree's through out the area. Longfellow's house is the Maroon house on right side of King St,. along the water.

Great Place, Nice and peaceful. We had a great two weeks with my brother and his family. Had a great time visiting Old Port and Portland. Our children were astatic with the amusements at Fun Town and Old Orchard Beach. We were so happy that the beach was right across the street, so easy for us with the children. The house had a lots of room. With 9 of us in our family, plus children, we were very comfortable. Thank you for a great vacation, we will see you next summer.

We highly recommend this vacation spot.

LADIES YEARLY REUNION ....

Eight of our lady friends had a wonderful reunion as we do each year now for many years! Immaculate & Very well maintained property. Location is so close to the beach pathway & a great rental rate versus the other rentals we considered in the same neighborhood. We liked having all the bedrooms on the 2nd floor so that some of us could sleep while others were up later at night and also early risers!
We really enjoyed the screen porch in the mornings for coffee/newspaper reading and at night to relax / read a good book without ANY BUGS -- this was the best & so relaxing -- we could even hear the waves crashing on the beach -- loved it !
We would highly recommend this house to any family members or/& friends alike.
See you soon in 2012 season for a longer period of time - HEALTH WILLING -

my family and I had a wonderful time, being so close to the ocean was beautiful. house was spacious and we enjoyed our stay at your home and we have rented other property's many times before and have never found such large quarters to hold our family with comfort and so clean, we will definitely be returning for many years to come. thank you so much for a well maintained home to enjoy.

Great location; Super clean

We rented this home July 10-17, 2010 and; I have rented many homes before and found this to not only be one of the biggest but more importantly THE Cleanest! This is a great location, a short walk to the beach and/or to the pier to fish. It has a great yard for family and kids to BBQ and Play; as well as many beds for a large family like ours. It's on a Quiet street that allows you to hear the ocean while you sleep. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and WILL be back next year!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

We all enjoyed our stay at your beautiful beach home!!! The location was great, just off the beach, and the neighborhood was perfect for our family gathering. I strongly recommend this house. The inside is spacious and sleeps plenty comfortably, truly enjoyed our stay!!! THX for everything!
