The River House is a house located in the center of Seville, near the Guadalquivir River in the old fishing village. A simple neighborhood of charming cottages and antique flavor.
It has room for then people, three bathrooms, four bedrooms, lounge, kitchen, patio, terrace and a nice pool. 4 double beds (8 people) 2 Twin (2 people). Also one sofa bed.
The house has three floors and several rooms which allows for privacy areas when large groups.
It has two courtyards and a rooftop pool where you can use in any season.
Guests arriving by car can use the garage.
No need to use public transport, it has very closely all the monuments, gardens, palaces and museums to visit in Seville, because it is in the heart of the historic city, in the neighborhood of San Vicente: Darsena Street 7, 41002, Seville . Very close to the Museum of Fine Arts.
As it is near the river, you can walk or some exercise by the banks of the river along 12 kilometers of platform available to the Guadalquivir.
Also you can row or take a boat ride.
This close to a rehabilitation center where you can track any type of medical rehabilitation.
Is very close supermarkets, banks, cinemas, restaurants and shops of all kinds. We recommend Square Shopping Center located two minutes from the house.
Decorated in young and carefree style is comfortable and situated in a quiet and peaceful.
Are very close to bus stops and bike rental.
The apartment is located just fifteen minutes by taxi from the airport. The taxi fare is 25 € to the airport to downtown. From the train station is ten minutes by taxi, which cost 8 euros.
For trips outside of Seville, is very near the bus station.
