Newly renovated pool villa in Hampton Lakes with 4 bedrooms total 8 beds and 2 bathrooms. Newly renovated fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, micro, dishwasher, oven etc. Brand new washer and dryer installed, 2-car garage, big barbecue grill, 2 living rooms one with a dining table for 8 persons. 6 flat screen TVs with more than 100 cable channels, WiFi, Stereo, DVD, Safe, Security alarm, AC newly installed. One bedroom designed in Disney 'Princess' theme and one bedroom in Disney 'Toy Story' theme. Large children friendly pool with sunbeds and table and chairs in pool area. In the gated community there is a communal pool area with a large pool, tennis courts, basketball-court and playgrounds.

Disney villa in Hampton Lakes, just 10 minutes from Disney theme parks like:Magic Kingdom, Disney Hollywood Studios, Epcot and Animal Kingdom, and Disneys 2 watermarks.15 minutes from Sea world and Universal Studios were you can visit The World of Harry Potter and grab a burger at the worlds largest Hard Rock Cafe. Close to Kennedy Space Center and Space Coast. Cocoa Beach and Clearwater beach to be reached by car under 1 hour. Close to newly opened LEGOLAND. If you like to play golf there are more than 100 golf courses in the nearby area. If you like shopping there is a lot of different Outlets and Malls. If you like Ice Hockey you can go to Tampa and see Tampa Bay Lightning play against maybe your favourite NHL-team. There is a never ending range of different restaurants and many of them also have Dinner Shows.

We are a family from Stockholm, Sweden who has relatives and friends in the US and we love the Florida way of living. We have 3 kids who are big Disneyfans so we spend Many days in the Disneyparks but also at Sea World and Universal Studios. We love the Sea and beaches so we also spend a lot of time there.

Our villa is in excellent condition and holds a very high standard.

The pool is resurfaced and renovated in december 2012 with tropical blue bottom with two dolphins in the center. We spend ourselves between 6-8 weeks in our villa and we frequently upgrade our house to meet a high standard. We love our house and we take good care of it.

What makes this villa unique

2 Disney themed bedrooms and newly renovated pool with dolphin theme. Very good location and very close to Disney Parks, Legoland Florida, Sea World and Universal Studios. Hampton Lakes is a very safe and nice estate with basketballcourts, tenniscourts, newly renovated and updated playgrounds for the kids.

Nearest Beach : Cocoa Beach at 70 Kilometres
