Our centrally located, first floor luxury villa is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath with a screened-in porch overlooking a scenic lagoon. We are within easy walking distance to Kiawah's beautiful beach. Our villa is well maintained and managed by Kiawah Island Resort. They will take care of all of your needs while you are enjoying a wonderful first class vacation on Kiawah. We offer you bikes discounts and a key to the owners closet which includes beach chairs, cooking aides, etc. We have wireless internet now available in the villa and cable TV with DVD player provided.

We found this condo very clean, well equipped and in a great location. The bikes were an extra bonus and in good condition. The owner was very helpful in answering questions and making sure our stay was perfect. The view of the lagoon from the screen porch is awesome. We have stayed at different locations in Kiawah and feel the Turtle Cove location (middle of the island) is our favorite.

Everything was as described. Condo was just great and the bikes were a great benefit so I would not have to rent my own. Owner was very helpful in answering my questions. We had a very good week at Kiawah.

Clean, Quiet, Comfortable and Convenient

We have vacationed in Kiawah 4 times and this was our second stay in this villa. The villa is very clean, actually it is spotless! The best part is the enclosed porch with the lagoon view. We can watch birds, turtles, fish and the lagoon alligator from the peace and serenity of porch. The beach is a short walk or even a shorter bike ride from the unit. The added benefit of access to 4 adult bikes is a plus. We love biking along the beautiful bike paths on Kiawah Island. The section of beach we access from our villa is the best beach in Kiawah.

We spent a wonderful week at this villa in June 2003. The weather was wonderful and we did a lot of the nature programs offered through the resort. It is a short bike ride to the pool and the beach. Great location! We can't wait to get back there!
