We met in 1977 in Aspen. It was always our dream to have a place in the mountains to go skiing. Turns out, it's the Breckenridge summers we really love. We are in our 60's now (can you believe I admitted that?), and we no longer downhill, but cross country ski and snowshoe when we can get away from our condo business, taking along our beloved Golden Retriever 'Buddy'. Ellen is a retired teacher, and Randy is a retired masonry contractor. We own two Breckenridge condos, and they keep us busy. We manage our own properties, and you will only deal with us.
Main Street was our interest in this condo. We really loved this location, in the heart of town, with no car needed. We also liked that the building is 'dog friendly'. Besides these assets, we couldn't stop looking at the stunning views. It's great to walk out the door and be on Main St., where so many of the festivals are located. Walk to the lifts, and everywhere.
The in town and on Main St. location allows you to walk out your door and explore everything Breckenridge has to offer.

Bike the paved trail to Frisco, eat lunch, and bike back. Hike the expansive trail systems of the White River National Forest. Golf, fly fishing, scenic drives, autumn foliage. Take a guided tour of the area, or a raft trip. Sail in Dillon Reservoir. Shop in town, neighboring towns, and the outlet mall in Silverthorne. Enjoy the many festivals and cultural events in this historic mountain town, such as ULLRfest, Fourth of July, Octoberfest, Bach Beethoven and Breckenridge. Dine in the many excellent restaurants throughout Summit County. Our Main Street location puts you in the heart of town. During summer, enjoy musical concerts throughout Summit county, many at outdoor venues, and some are free.
