This condo is located on 4 O'clock ski run. A convenient short downhill run to the Snowflake lift and you're off! Ski back to the condo for lunch and after skiing. There are multiple ways to go skiing; ski down 4 O'clock to the Snowflake lift, or continue on to the Gondola via the Skiway/Skyway, or walk out to Ski Hill Rd. (100 yds) and catch the shuttle's last stop before the Base area, about a one minute ride. The cross-country ski area is just down the street. Summer guests welcome. A deck off the front room provides a breath of fresh air. Shuttle bus to town and to other ski areas. A damage deposit is required. Restricted by covenants to no more than 4 people and no pets. There is plenty of parking, and you can see your car from the condo. The unit has a King bed, full kitchen, color cable TV in the living room and bedroom, stack washer/dryer, gas fireplace, free WiFi, DVD, VCR, full bathroom, and a deck. Call or email for a quote.

Rocky Mountains, Ten Mile Range. Historic buildings and sites. Sail and fish at Lake Dillon. Arts and Music Festivals in Breckenridge, Frisco, Dillon, Silverthorne and Copper Mountain. Enjoy the numerous art galleries, gift shops and dine and one of the many restaurants or eateries. Walk to ski, cross country ski, hike, and bike from this 'on the mountain' location. The famous Peaks Trailhead, which takes you to Frisco, is closeby. Just above the condo, at the Peak 8 base area, summer activities include the Mountain Slide, Chair Lift rides, putt putt golf, and the human maze. The kids love these activities. Take part in the many festivals, such as Ullr Fest, October Fest, Fourth of July, the Christmas Parade and Tree Lighting, and Bach Beethoven and Breckenridge. Free summer concerts at the Dillon Amphitheater. Shop until you drop, in all communities and the Outlet Mall located in Silverthorne. Use the shuttle system to get around town and the county. Enjoy the cool mountain air.

This condo was perfect for my small family. It was close to Main Street, but still in a peaceful, secluded location on the mountain. It's very homey and comfortable and the owners are nice and easy to work with. It's very close to hiking trails (for summer). Overall, a great value and a memorable experience!

We found the unit to be comfortable, but in need of some updating Both the couch and the bed could use improvement Trees mask the view.Area was very quiet although unit has noise from above unit. Lot of steps but managable not handicapped accessible.Found rental processs easy and owners good to work with. Would consider renting again if improvements are made.

Thank you so much for opening you home to us. We enjoyed it very much. The place was comfortable and very convenient. It allowed my family to reunite over the New Year's holiday. The place is wonderful. We can ski in and out from the condo (took some time to figure out how it works). It is quiet and convenient.
The only thing is the quality of the sofabed. It is very uncomfortable. My daughter would rather sleep on the sofa or on the floor, rather than the sofabed.
But the overall experience is great. Ellen was very helpful in the process. She is very friendly and responsive. She even provided the ski rental information and helped us locating internet service in town. We will definitely come back.
