A tastefully furnished four bedroomed villa, with the two queen sized bedrooms being en-suite. Fully air conditioned, with a private pool overlooking an extended lawn area and peaceful conservation land beyond this, which contains a lake and small island that is home to many attractive birds during much of the year. The pool can be heated, whenever required (recommended from October through April), and there is a covered outside dining area, with a brand new table and chairs and a ceiling fan for added comfort. A barbecue and plenty of chairs/ sun loungers are also provided.

There is a large garage/games room, which has air hockey, pool, table football, dart board & a mini putting green for any children (or adults) in the party. It also has a exercise bike & baby buggy.

Inside there is a comfortable, carpeted living area with three sofas. The living area overlooks the pool and has a large screen TV, DVD, stereo and telephone.

The Sanctuary at Westhaven is one of the most exclusive, peaceful, GATED resort communities in the Orlando area. It is within 2 minutes of I-4, 2 exits south of the Disney main entrance (10 - 15 minutes away). The surrounding area is rich with restaurants, shopping, walk-in medical care, pharmacies, banks and ATM. It is ideal for avid golfers with some incredible courses nearby, such as the Greg Norman designed ChampionsGate. The resort community is a peaceful country-like setting with well manicured palm tree lined boulevards.

Davenport is ideally situated close to Orlando attractions, Davenport and Kissimmee restaurants and entertainment with easy access to either coast (less than 1 hour to either coast). Come and enjoy our villa and relax.... well after a hard day at the Theme park, golf course or shops.

We have always wanted a holiday home & Florida holds such special memories for us as a family. We have been coming to this area for over 20 years & there are still so many things we haven't got round to yet. The villa is the perfect place to be, peaceful, very private yet so near the action.

Notes: The pool area has a safety fence & both doors leading to the pool area are alarmed. There is an outdoor shower by the pool & a covered lanai, for shade from the Florida sun. For entertainment there is cable tv in each of the 4 bedrooms as well as a 32' tv with a DVD in the main family room. The garage has been converted into a games room.

I initially chose this property due to it location, being close to publix, restaurants and Disney Parks, The
property was exceptionally clean and tidy and fitted out with everything we needed for a holiday with 3 generations, grandma had her own en-suite bathroom, with large TV, (A bonus as previous villas have only had one en-suite), and the two uni students had their wifi connection! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and would happily return there again.

Excellent accommodation

The villa was the perfect accommodation for our week away in Florida visiting the parks. The villa was much bigger than I had expected from looking at the photos, I particularly liked all the space in the two en-suite bathrooms.
I also loved the fact that the rear of the property, where the pool and dining area are, is not overlooked and shrubbery obscures the view of neighbouring properties on either side. This level of privacy was great when we were using the pool, and we also enjoyed breakfast outside in our pyjamas on a couple of mornings without worrying about being disturbed.
All the local amenities we needed were a very easy drive away. The Disney resort was so close that we even had time to pop down to the bars at Downtown Disney one evening for a drink before returning home for a bbq.
Overall it is wonderful holiday accommodation.

Fantastic holiday villa

We have been to Florida many times and have stayed in numerous villas and Palm Villa certainly gets top marks!! The villa itself was exactly as described and was spotlessly clean and well maintained. The location is superb and the surrounding area is very secure and well maintained. Easy access to local shops, supermarket, MacDonalds etc
We all enjoyed the comfortable furnishings, both inside and round the pool.
Fantastic sunrises every morning and is was lovely to see the hot air balloons coming over the lake at the rear of the property.
This villa is certainly amongst our favourites and I would not hesitate to recommend it.

Lovely villa, very close to Disney!

I stayed for a week in the beginning of October and had a wonderful time. The villa was spacious and had everything we needed.
The pool was lovely and well heated for the colder months!

Location was excellent. Near the local shops and restaurants, and the drive to Disney was much shorter than I expected along a very easy route. We were there in next to no time!
Will definitely be back again!

Perfect Palm Villa!!

Palm Villa was the perfect base for our Florida holiday, clean, spacious and air conditioned - which was a welcoming retreat after a busy day in the Florida sun. Its position made it easy to access all the Disney Parks, supermarket and restaurants; plus the gated site made us feel safe and secure in our surroundings. The pool gave us lots of fun plus a chance to relax and soak up the rays. How beautiful it was to walk out on the first morning and see hot air balloons drifting by!! Suitable for all age groups - the deck area houses a security fence to keep little ones from danger around the pool too. I would recommend Sizzlers for scrumpcious breakfasts and evening meals - well worth a visit. Also Cracker BarrellI for the setting, rocking chairs and draughts outside; but be warned some of the food is a little unusual :-). I would definitely recommend Palm Villa to family and friends it was just perfect!!
