The spacious ground floors open plan living/dining and kitchen area retains its original wood beam ceiling, offering a cosy cottage feeling for a relaxing stay. Equipped with TV, DVD & ample reading material should you wish to enjoy a quiet night in and the charm of this property.
Upstairs comprises of a master double bedroom, one twin bedroom, and contemporary bathroom with a large shower cubicle, WC & washbasin. There is also a double sofa bed available in the open plan living room.
To the front of the property is a small patio with bistro set for enjoying a glass of wine or meal of an evening.
The town’s restaurants, pubs, cafés and historic attractions are all set in charmingly painted, narrow, winding streets which make for delightful exploring on foot.
Historical walking tours are also on offer as are boat trips around the harbour, or just browse the many art galleries, museums, historic buildings and craft shops.

A car is not essential for your stay at House of Stanley, but off street parking is also available to the front of the property.
We couldn't have enjoyed our stay more. The property was spotless, comfortable and tucked privately off from the harbour. The manager was so helpful in making advanced reservations for us at local restaurants and helped make our stay a memorable one.
Kinsale is an historic vibrant and picturesque harbour town. It’s rich and colourful history is evident with stunning Charles Fort and James’ Fort lining the entrance to the harbour.
This unique town is well known as the gourmet capital of Ireland, and boasts an annual calendar crammed with events for all, such as; The Kinsale Gourmet Festival, Kinsale Arts Week, Kinsale Jazz Festival, Kinsale Races, Rugby 7’s, Vintage Car Rallies and much more. The picturesque town offers something for everyone.
For the active there is sailing, deep-sea fishing, horse-riding, cycling, windsurfing, kayaking and many other water activities. Golfing is available locally at the spectacular links course The Old Head of Kinsale, and also at Farrangalway (18 holes) or at Ringenane (9 holes).
Beaches are in abundance with Castlepark just 1.5 miles away and within walking distance of Kinsale. Whilst 5 miles away is the stunning Garrettstown beach which is ideal for surfing, swimming and rock-pooling.
