Waterfront home is located on 100 foot wide water canal with 60 feet of dockage. Home is furnished with 2 queen size beds and 1 sofa sleeper to accommodate up to 6 people. Newer dock system allows easy in/out of your boat. Fish cleaning station and freshwater hose dockside. Quick access by boat to Gulf and/or Atlantic . Private Cabana Club membership included in price offers pool/ beach/ bar/ grill/ large jacuzzi. Club is a three minute walk to away. Fully equipped kitchen. Ceramic tiled floors throughout home. Ideal fishing/ snorkeling & diving only minutes away. 2 hours from Miami and 1 hour North of Key West. Key Colony City beach & fine dining are within walking distance. Sombrero beach driving minutes away.

We've stayed here several times . Its in a great location in Key Colony. Cabana Club is about 3 blocks away and has a wonderful pool and beach. Love having the canal behind the duplex as we had fun fishing out of it. Theres banana trees growing in the back also. plenty of room in the 2BR duplex for a family and our little dog. Like having a washer and dryer. Only downside is 1 bathroom. Kitchen has everything you need. We'd stay there again.

Older home but clean, pet friendly, close to the swim/beach club just as described. Owner very friendly, prompt with emails and return of deposit. Dock out back very large and modern with fish cutting table. Quiet neighborhood, lots of people walking/jogging, close to the ocean. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed in the 2 bedroom bungalow form 8/25 to 8/30.The rental is centrally located in the Keys halfway between Key West and Key Largo.The owner was very helpful during the rental process,even emailing me additional pictures of the place,and was willing to rent on a daily basis.The place was clean and comfortable with a screen porch on the back and a 60ft dock in the rear.The owner also provided all five of us with Cabana Club passes.The unit is somewhat older but has been well maintained with good parking.The description provided by the owner was accurate in regards to the layout and amenities.We even conversed by phone to answer all of my questions and he stood by his word in reference to deposits and price.There are nice restaurants on KCB itself and I would recommend them highly.I would definitely recommend this property to my friends based on my positive experience with the owner.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
