This newly let detached holiday home is an idyllic converted stone barn set in the heart of the isle of Wight, situated down a narrow country lane with it's own drive and exclusive off road parking.

The property has a perfect setting with a large garden and green meadow, it incorporates stunning uninterrupted views. The barn is situated 100yds from walking/cycle paths from which you can experience panoramic views of fields, delightful woodlands and bubbling brooks.

The open plan sitting/diner/kitchen has a cosy wood burner with French windows opening out onto a terrace. The kitchen has ample cooking equipment. Upstairs is a bathroom with toilet, sink, bath and shower facilities, one large double bedroom, one small double bedroom and a small single/bunk bedroom.

The Island is a wonder of outstanding natural beauty with magnificent views, beautiful beaches and quaint villages. This home provides the perfect getaway for a peaceful and tranquil holiday.

Lovely family holiday

We had a very relaxing week here. The house has everything we needed and is in a great spot - really quiet but very close to the cycle paths. We have two kids and they had great fun with the oner's dog, Oli, who we will really miss and there was a great garden for them all to rampage in. Thanks again.

Great barn

A well located barn in the middle of the island, easy to get to all the great beaches. The barn was very comfortable and had everything one could need. The owner was very helpful with the booking and anything we needed. We would definitely return.

The perfect holiday retreat

My family and dogs were made most welcome by Martin who explained all we needed to know.

The accommodation was spotless and comfortable, and with the barn being off the beaten track we had a perfectly peaceful and secluded holiday.

The walks around the area are superb for all abilities and our dogs had a ball! Venturing further afield we discovered just how stunning the Island really is.

We all had a lovely, peaceful break and wouldn't hesitate to return or recommend to friends/family.
