We have a formal dining area with seating for 8 round a 'Captains Table', and the informal breakfast/lunch table seats 4 (although our guests usually eat these meals outside).
One of the spacious Master suites is on the ground floor, with walk-in closet, and the other 5 bedrooms are upstairs. These include another spacious Master suite, a Queen Guest Room with en suite bathroom, both with walk-in closets, Mickey’s Room with bunk beds, TV, etc. and The Princess Room, which will capture the dreams of every young lady – or ladies - who are lucky enough to stay in it.
Enjoy all day sunshine in, or by, our extended private south facing pool/spa looking out on to the conservation area. With 2 out door tables and chairs the deck is ideal for al fresco dining. Optional pool heating for the main pool and spa can be requested during the cooler off peak months. A pool safety fence is provided for your optional use, and ensures young children cannot get to the pool if they go outside unattended through the patio doors. This can easily be removed if you do not have any young children in your group.
The whole family can spend the evening in the splendid games room. Choose air hockey, pool, billiards, or a dart game while relaxing or watching the TV in the games room.

Fly into either Orlando International or Sandford airports, which are only a short drive away. Orlando is spoilt for choice as to which airport to use from most places in the world. We fly from Manchester or Gatwick (UK). We have found STA travel always gets us the cheapest fare.
Anguscarhire is by far and away the cheapest for renting a car we have found, and every time we have used them, everything has gone without a hitch.
Finding our villa is very easy, but we will supply you with easy to understand directions from either Orlando International or Sandford airports, as well as directions to many of the attractions, although renting a sat nav is quite cheap. This is one of the best locations possible to give you easy access to all the resorts.
Aviana Resort is surrounded by world class golf courses like Providence, Champions Gate and Reunion. Your stay at Aviana can be customized to include many of Orlando's best courses including Providence which is directly across from Aviana or several others of which are located just minutes from the resort.
