A beautifully restored, early 20th century 3 bedroom house (2 doubles and a twin) in the heart of Green Point, Cape Town. Two bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, with a third additional shower/toilet room. Firvilla has a large living area, and fully-fitted kitchen. The house has a small front garden and terrace with an outside barbecue area at the back. Modern amenities include WiFi and satellite television. The house also has off-street parking for 2 cars.

Green Point is situated in the heart of Cape Town. FirVilla is located in a quiet cul-de-sac, but is only a short walk away from the Green Point Stadium, the trendy neighbourhood of De Waterkant, the V&A Waterfront and the Sea Point promenade. De Waterkant and the V&A offers excellent shopping and great restaurants and from the V&A you can take a boat to visit Robben Island. From the house it's a 5 - 10 minute drive to the beautiful beaches of Clifton and Camps Bay, and the foot of Table Mountain where you can get aboard the cable car (or where the more adventurous can paraglide from Lion's Head or Signal Hill!). Within a 20 - 30 minute drive you can access most of Cape Town's other attractions, including the Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens, Hout Bay through to Chapman's Peak Drive, and a bit further on Cape Point, where the Atlantic and Indian oceans meet.
