The Canyon View condominiums are located on Daly Avenue, about 200 yards from the trolley turnaround. There will be no parking worries since the restaurants and shopping on Main Street are an easy walk away. This condo has been totally remodeled with high quality finishes and designer decor, including new tile and carpeting, new furniture, a brand new state of the art kitchen, designer artwork and accessories throughout.
It has a multi level floor plan, with the garage at street level, then up a flight of stairs to the front door. There is one bedroom on this level as well as a full bathroom and the laundry area. Going up a flight of stairs takes you to the great room where the kitchen, living room and dining area are located. It's a well-lit area due to lots of windows and skylights. From this level, going up, are the master and second bedrooms. The top level is the loft area, which could easily be considered a 4th bedroom. Access to the deck where the hot tub is located is through this room.
Living Room: Located between the kitchen and dining areas, with a wood-burning fireplace, flat screen plasma TV mounted on the wall, DVD, comfortable leather couch and cozy seating.
Kitchen: Tile floor, solid surface counter top, stainless steel appliances, well equipped for cooking, separated from living room area by a counter/bar.
Dining Room: Seating for 6 in a floor to ceiling atrium style setting. There are also 3 barstools at the kitchen counter/bar, and in the same area is a tall round glass table with 3 barstools.
Master – King bed, flat screen TV, wood-burning fireplace, adjoining bathroom with granite counter,
atrium area with oversized leather easy chair and ottoman, access to a private deck.
Second – Queen bed, bathroom with granite counter just outside in hall.
(Master and second bedrooms are located on the level just above the living room.)
Third – Queen bed, flat screen LCD TV, bathroom just outside in the hall. Located on the entry level of the condo.
Loft �� Located on the top level of the condo, this large semi-private room could easily be used as a fourth bedroom. It has two twin beds, flat screen TV, access to the deck with the hot tub is through this room.
Hot Tub: Located outside on deck on upper level. Access is through the loft bedroom. Available in winter only.
Laundry Room: Washer and dryer located downstairs on entry level.
Garage: Common parking garage with spaces for 2 vehicles. Relatively low clearance, no high profile vehicles, especially if there is a ski rack on top.

Distance to Park City Mountain Resort: 1½ miles to main Resort Center, ½ mile to Town Lift.

Though it didn't look impressive on the outside, this place was excellent. Had a problem with the garage door opener not working after checkin and the property management came that day with a working replacement. Management service was good, checkin was easy, and they even came once to clear snow from balconies during our stay without asking. All of the kitchen and bathroom amenities were very nice and all worked properly. Everything was clean and well taken care of. The location of the place is the best part. Though there is no sidewalk directly outside the condo we could walk to Main Street in a couple minutes and only a few minutes from Deer Valley. The quality of the condo (furniture, decoration, utilities) is the second best part. We were happy to find the grill operational and full of propane and used it one night. The garage was great for a single car but would be difficult to fit two cars into the spot, but any decent city driver could make it happen. OK, maybe the hot tub was second best. The hot tub was used a few times every day and we found it always warm and operational. Dish Network in the living room was nice. I can't find anything that we didn't like. If we go back to Park City we would gladly get this place again.
