Study of two rooms, kitchen-living room and bedroom, in a restored mansion

Fully equipped. The lounge has TV, DVD and stereo, a comfortable sofa (not sofa bed) and there is free wifi, included in the price. It has a vast library of broad themes, the service user. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, juicer, fridge freezer, washer and dryer. Very comfortable and has air conditioning heat pump. It can accommodate 3 people. With a double bed and an assistant. The service includes bedding, towels and bathroom toiletries and cleaning.
Car: not necessary

It is in the top of Calle Atocha, near the Main Street Plaza de Jacinto Benavente and Plaza de Santa Ana, typical tapas place in Madrid. It also located the Spanish Theatre. This apartment combines the advantages of being in a prime location, very central and benefits to enjoy the city without having to endure disadvantages from the bustle of the street, or traffic and without major displacement. A 10 minute walk you can visit the Rastro, the neighborhood of La Latina, and capital prinicipales museums: The Museum of the Prado, the Thyssen Bornemisza Museum, the Reina Sofia ...
