This luxury condo features 1100 square feet of peace and quiet for your relaxation enjoyment. View Boca Ciega Bay from sliding glass doors of dining room or living room that lead onto a screened, tiled porch. Watch dolphins and tropical birds from the living room which has a queen-size sofa bed and recliners for your comfort.

Eat-in kitchen is fully furnished and adjoins the dining room. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, walk-in closet, full bath, and overlooks the Bay. The second bedroom has twin-size beds, walk-in closet, and adjoining full bath. Pets are NOT allowed and No Smoking. Everything you need for your comfort is supplied - just bring your toothbrush and slippers!

Within five minutes are sandy beaches, restaurants, and shopping. Many other sporting and tourist areas, such as The Pier and Johns Pass, are within a short 15-30 minute drive. Famous Fort De-Soto Wildlife Preserve is nearby with beautiful sandy beaches, picnic grounds, biking, and running paths and fabulous fishing pier.

Our experience renting this condo was all around top notch. The owners were easy to work with and very focused on giving us the best experience possible. The neighbors were friendly and helpful. The condo itself is clean and comes with all new stainless steel kitchen appliances. The dishwasher and washer/dryer were helpful so we could get out and enjoy the nice pool and hot tub on site. One of our favorite parts of the condo was the view. Each evening we would sit in the screened in porch and watch dolphins and boats go by. Disney is in driving distance and made a great day trip for us. The entire stay we felt safe and at home. We are looking forward to returning soon, definitely a rare find!

Lovely home and relaxing vacation.

This is our third time to rent and its been great every year. Our young son loves the beaches as well as the beautiful pool. The condo view is wonderful. The condo is a short drive to the lovely beaches and the rates can't be beat.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Tourists without a Car, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

The view is worth a million dollars. The pictures don't do it justice. The grounds are beautiful and the pool is fantastic. A great condo. We highly recommend it.
