Located in the coastal community of Pine Point, nestled between Maine's premiere seven-mile sandy beach on the Atlantic Ocean and the nature preserve/kayakers paradise of Scarborough marsh. This year-round gambrel home boasts four decks and only a four minute walk to beaches. The master bedroom deck affords a view of the harbor's lobster boats returning with their days catch, available at the neighborhood lobster pounds or you can try your own surf fishing off the beach. Located a short drive away is Maine's largest city, Portland, rated in the top ten of friendliest cities, offering great restaurants and ferry boats waiting to transport you to the scenic Casco Bay islands or as far away as Nova Scotia. Further up the coast you'll discover bargains in the famous factory outlet stores of Freeport.

This house is ideally located for family vacation: very close to the beach, less than 4 minutes walk; secluded beach ideal for families with young children.
The house was very clean and the owners welcomed us on arrival.
The house is not new, but the furniture is clean.
