Beautiful 3 story town house, in a cul-de-sac street without any traffic. Parking for 3 cars. Balcony is facing the mountain on which you can barbecue. Ski-In-Ski-Out. In the winter you can ski to lift 1 which is 1-1/2 blocks when there is fresh snow on the ground, or walk to the Gondola which is 2-1/2 blocks away.

Nearest Train: Glenwood Springs at 28 Miles
1 block from the ski slopes - ski-out. 2 blocks from the main mall, with all the restaurants and shopping , 2-1/2 blocks to the Gondola lift Within a 5 minute walk, you can go to Aspen Athletic Club for walk out and swimming. There are other clubs within Aspen for work-outs, massage etc. In the summer the golf course is a 5 minutes drive from the house. Ajax mountain is just ahead and beckons for great walks in the summer, as do the parks in Aspen and the wilderness just beyond.
