Visit our recently redecorated 1st floor villa located in wonderfully landscaped Shipyard Plantation. The villa is light and bright with a beach theme, and decorated with several art pieces. It offers 2 bedrooms(and a hide a bed), 2 baths, an exceptional open floor plan with a large bar, a covered deck with a bar table and stools overlooking a wonderful golf and lagoon view of the 6th hole on the Galleon Course, a beautiful large pool with an outdoor jacuzzi, and bike paths. Enjoy using the large fully equipped kitchen, utility room, dishwasher, 3 cable televisions with VCRs, new 37 inch wide screen Sony television, a DVD player, stereo with cassette and answering machine. The master suite has a bath, walk in closet, small desk and an exterior door to the covered deck. The Colonnade Club is less than a 10-minute walk to the beach, Van Der Meer Tennis Center and Crown Plaza Hotel. The central location of Shipyard puts you minutes from Coligny Plaza and many fine restaurants.

Shipyard Plantation is one of Hilton Head Island's finest gated communities. It is centrally located and easily accessed by the Cross Island Parkway. Within Shipyard you will find a world class tennis facility in the Van Der Meer Tennis University and Shipyard Golf which was rated one of the finest layouts on the PGA Senior tour from 1982 to 1984. The abundant natural wildlife and island atmosphere makes Shipyard a tropical paradise. It is less than a half mile to Coligny Circle and the Shelter Cove Mall. An easy 10-minute drive takes you to the historic lighthouse in Harbour Town. Enjoy Shipyard's beautiful atmosphere while biking or walking from the Colonnade Club on the numerous bike paths lined with tropical vegetation. It's less than a 5 minute bike ride to the beach from Colonnade, but if you prefer to drive to the beach Shipyard has private parking for beach access. Great place to stay in Hilton Head. The view is spectacular and very peaceful. We loved the wildlife, from cranes to turtles to deer. It's quiet but right in the "middle" of everything.

Great Villa, Great Owners and Fabulous View !

This was our 4th winter on HHI and our lst at 183 Colonnade Club ( we were there for 2 months). What a dream!

This villa is as cute as a button and clean as it could be. Well decorated and very cheery. Great layout. Kitchen was fully equipped with top of the line appliances. Wireless internet and a desk to work at-much appreciated! A quick bike ride to the beach, a beautiful pool area (we think the best in Shipyard), and the view alone is worth the price of admission! That would be the beautiful lagoon view, it's fantastic from the living room, master bedroom and patio, morning, noon and at sunset.

We met a some other "snowbirds", everyone was delightful and friendly. All were repeat guests. Colonnade Club itself is a very attractive complex, we loved it there.

The owners, Danetta & Steve, were wonderful to communicate with, very accomodating and helpful. Very pleasant experience!

We would definately recommend this villa without hesitation. It is just lovely.

HHI Restaurants: Loved Frankie Bones, Black Marlin and Marley's. Fuddruckers is fun, good and inexpensive-free cookie and all.

With Savannah a mere 45 minutes away we'd recommend these Savannah Restaurants: Mrs. Wilkes for lunch (check it out online-not to be missed), Pirate House for the lunch buffet, Chart House on River St. and Girabaldi's.

Tybee Island: Sundae's Cafe (on the main drag in town, surprisingly in a strip mall-don't be dissuaded). Excellent! Our new find for this year!

Our stay here was just wonderful. Thank you, Danetta & Steve for sharing your charming villa with us!

Our third trip to this condo. Recently updated with new appliances. Very comfortable and clean. The owners are very responsive to problems, the one we had was corrected within one day. Easy walk to the beach, and a great place for walking or biking. Great location for viewing wildlife, just don't feed the alligators. Hilton Head is a great vacation spot even in Winter.

It wouldn't be summer without staying at this wonderful villa. We go to Hilton Head every summer, and now, staying here is just as big a part of it as anything else. Its VERY clean, well-mantained, and well run. We have everything we could need and want--- central location, easy walk to the beach, Shipyard Plantation (our favorite!), and a beautiful villa to stay in. It's comfortable, clean, and each time we stay there we notice new upgrades. The owners are wonderful and easy to work with-- we look forward to continuing to rent from them for years to come!!
