Apartment located on the second floor of Punta Romana, which is beside the sea. I have a lift and community garden pool with sea views as well. It lies at the entrance to the old town and therefore very close to everywhere including beaches i Empúries footpath and its bars, shops and restaurants.

The apartment consists of a double bedroom, a bathroom, a living room with kitchenette and a terrace with beautiful views of the creek creu.

It has cable TV, washing machine and microwave.

Information L'Escala: L'Escala is located just 45 minutes from the French border Perthus, south of the Bay of Roses, on the Costa Brava. Easy access via the N-II and A-7 motorway (exit 5). And just 30 minutes from Girona (Ryanair. com). The Dali Museum is a 30 km, 140 km Barcelona.

Its Mediterranean climate makes it possible to enjoy the beaches and sandy coves from April to October.

We have places to rest (Bars Old Town), walk (footpath d'Empúries), fishing (Petita Clota rocks), visit (Greco-Roman ruins d'Empuries factories 'of L'Escala anxoves'), fun ( pubs, wind-surfing, sailing, horse riding, sardanas) and many restaurants to enjoy fine dining.

Apartment with a great view of the sea and small pebble beach, old pier l'Escala. It is a very tanquilo that for its proximity to shops, beaches, market, library, superpercado Lidl, bars and restaurants can be tood makes walk and one can forget about the car during the holidays.

It is an ideal place to make long walks by the Empúries footpath that runs through the forest, beaches and ruins grecoromanas Empúries. You can practice all kinds of water sports, widnsurf, kayaking, diving ...

The beach is only Riells 2Km. and is a pretty lively in the evenings, there is a small fair for the children and a meeting point for teenagers. The Port of Clota is 2. 5Km. Montgo beach and about 3. 5Km.

The ruins grecoromanas Empúries, salting of anchovies, its beaches, its surroundings and the warm welcome to visitors are the main wealth of L'Escala.
